Outlook
Outlook is Microsoft's e-mail client (like the Lotus Notes client).   Outlook handles e-mail, calendar, task, contact, note taking, and journal features. 

Outlook Web Access (OWA)
OWA is how you access e-mail via the web (like iNotes).

Exchange
Exchange is the server on which mail is stored (like the Domino server that stored Notes mail).

Non-cached mode keeps all mail and contacts on the server just like Lotus Notes.  It is the more secure method of accessing e-mail.

2. In the Address Book drop-down list, select Distribution Lists.
3. In the Search text box, type the name of the Distribution List you
    want to update.

    Properties.
5. Click the Modify Members button to add or remove a name from
    the Distribution List.
