As a Bentley student, Bentley's Microsoft Campus Agreement allows you to use Microsoft software including Office and Windows while you are a student here at Bentley. You may also retain the software after graduation.
You have two option available to you to obtain this media. Deploy.bentley.edu can be accessed from on-campus to install software at no cost. This option does not allow for media to be created for backup purposes after graduation. The second option is to access e-academy to purchase media. This option also offers additional software that deploy.bentley.edu may not have.
Software packages purchased through e-academy, Bentley's online software center, cost $20.00 each plus $8.00 for shipping and handling. This software is only available to you while you are a registered student at Bentley. For use after graduation, you will need your own personal set of installation discs to reinstall software if hardware failure were to occur.
Your e-academy username is your Bentley e-mail address. If you forget your password, go to http://bentley.e-academy.com and click the “Log In” button and then click the “Forgot Password?” link.
