Bentley's Microsoft Campus Licensing Agreement allows faculty and staff the right to use a second copy of Microsoft software at home, including Office and Windows, at minimum or no cost. Depending on how you plan to use these Microsoft products on your non-Bentley computer will determine which option you choose.  Please note, the campus agreement restricts users to one of the two options below. 

1. Bentley work only: If the work you do in Microsoft Office is solely for Bentley business, you can contact the Computing Services Desk helpdesk@bentley.edu and request a copy of the media. You will be required to sign a form acknowledging that the copy of the license is for Bentley purposes only and, if you leave Bentley, that you will remove the software from the computer.
2. Personal and work use: Bentley's Microsoft Campus Licensing Agreement provides an incredible discount on a personal, perpetual license for Microsoft Office 2010 and other Microsoft software. Faculty and Staff can purchase these software packages via E-Academy.  Once purchased, this software is licensed to you personally and not subject to the restrictions of the free media received through the Computing Services Desk.

E-Academy is a third party vendor that works with academic institutions to distribute software.  Accounts for all faculty and staff are generated by Bentley.  Once your account is setup, you will receive an automated email with login instructions.

Your e-academy username is your Bentley e-mail address. If you forget your password, go to http://bentley.e-academy.com and click the “Log In” button and then click the “Forgot Password?” link
